Prom and Fine Arts!! =)

so yesturday morning i got up like around 8, got ready, tanned, got my nails done and came home to do my make-up. that took till around 1230. then we went and got jared, grabbed some food, and went to my hair appointment. it took a whole lot longer than expected but it looked really good! i felt really bad for jared cause he had to sit through it, but he was a trooper! lol so after that we came home got in our formals and took a lot of pictures then ate again and headed up to cornerstone. there i competed in large human video and female vocal solo. both in which were really good. after britt was done with everything we all got ready and went to prom. it was so funny! i was standing in cornerstone church in my prom dress and random people were walking by me taking pictures of me. it was great. then we left for prom, which was an adventure in itself. me and jared rode with matt and britt and matt so didnt know how to get to the sheraton. so jared had his dad on the phone the whole way. once we finally got there, me and jared pretty much got our pictures made right off and then we all went back into the ballroom. let me just tell you, i have never seen so much dirty dancing in my life. it was disgusting!! like seriously, no one wants to see that. but anyways...me, jared, britt, matt, emily, dane, mandi, and joe all got in the middle of the dance floor and danced. the cha cha slide came on and that was totally my favorite. me and britt are amazing at that! haha there was only one slow dance, but of course me and jared danced it and it was really sweet. =) im not gunna lie. lol we only got about 2 hours at prom though. so it went by really fast. after that, we went to steak 'n shake at like 1 am. then we went to the lake. and then a lot happened and we finally had to go home. haha which was good cause the time i went to bed it was 4 am and i had to get up at 645. let me just tell you...I AM SOOOO TIRED!!! so today i got up at 645 with only having 2 hours of sleep. and me, jared, and britt all had to be at cornerstone for our 8:51 performance for worship band. i think it went really well. our harmonies were AMAZING. but we sat through the award ceremony and the only thing i advanced in was our large human video. which was good. i was pretty disappointed about my solo and the band. but even dispite this down sides...it was a really really good weekend. and i will always and forever remember my junior prom!!! well much love!!! <3
